Bridge Club welcomes visitors. We play Duplimated boards at most events, and
a printout of the hands is available after the evening’s bridge for a good
discussion before bedtime or at the “Good Intent” nearby. ª

Club News Congratulations to
Helen Kinlock, Tony Page, Sula Turpin and Madelaine Lawson, who won the Open
Swiss Teams on 11 October 2008. Many thanks to
Maureen for the organisation once again. Club Nights Tuesdays: Duplicate pairs each
Tuesday starting at 7.15 pm.
Thursdays:
Duplicate
pairs each Thursday, except for the first Thursday of each month when Teams
of Four are played. Bridge starts at 7.15 pm each evening. Visitors are
particularly welcome on Thursdays, as well as newcomers, and kibitzers. Most National and Regional Simultaneous Pairs events are
played at the club.
